S.R.O.752(I)/2000.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification No.S.R.O.207(I)/98, dated the 31st March, 1998, with effect from the 1st day of November, 2000.
