Amendments in Turnover Tax Rules, 1999

NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O 616 (I)/2001:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, read with section 3A and 26A thereof, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Turnover Tax Rules, 1999, namely:- In the aforesaid Rules:- 1. in rule 4, in sub rule (2), for the letter “D” the letter “C” shall be substituted; 2. Annex-D shall be omitted; and 3.
