S.R.O. 604(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of
section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that
in its Notification S.R.O. 548(I)/2006 dated 5th June, 2006, the following amendments
shall be made and deemed always to have been so made, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, after S. No. 7 and the entries relating
thereto, the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be
added, namely:-
“8. Butter 0405.1000
9. Cream 04.01 and 04.02
10. Desi ghee 0405.9000
11. Whey 04.04”.
