Appointment of officers of LTUs

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) CENTRAL BOARD OF REVENUE **** Islamabad, the 5th June, 2006. NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 556(I)/2006.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and in supersession of the Notifications Nos. S.R.O. 334(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002, and S.R.O. 528(I)/2005 dated the 6th June, 2005, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint the following officers specified in column (2) of the Table below to be the officers of Sales Tax, having jurisdiction over the cases relating to the registered persons in the Large Taxpayers Unit, as shown thereagainst in column (3) of the aforesaid Table, to exercise such powers and discharge such duties as are conferred on such officers under the aforesaid Act and the rules made thereunder, namely:- TABLE S.
