Appointment of Additional Collectors and other officers of Sales Tax

APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL COLLECTORS AND OTHER OFFICERS OF SALES TAX Superseded vide SRO 1160(I)/96 dated 06.10.1996 Notification No. S.R.O. 557(I)/96, dated 1st July, 1996.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint:-- (i) the officers specified in column (2) of the table below to be the Additional Collector of Sales Tax for the area specified in column (3) thereof; and (ii) Deputy Collectors, Assistant Collectors, Superintendents, Senior Auditors, Deputy Superintendents and Auditors of Sales Tax in the respective Collectorates to be the officers of sales tax for those areas. Area, crossing over the local railway track at Karimabad and entering Liaqatabad upto Tin Hatti Bridge, Jahangir Road from Tin Hatti round about upto Guru Mandar passing through the Civil Area named as Jahangir Quarters, from Guru Mandar round about M.A. Jinnah Road straight upto Merweather Tower crossing to the Kiamari through Netti Jetty Bride and upto the Passenger Pier where the M.A. Jinnah Road ends. 10 | Additional Collector Collectorate of Sales Tax, Karachi (East) | Areas of Civil Division of Karachi falling on left side of Shahrah-I-Pakistan upon its entrance into the jurisdiction of Karachi Civil Division passing Sohrab Goth, Federal B.
