(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 537(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-
section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased
to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.
644(I)/2007 dated the 27th June, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble,-
(i) after the word “twenty”, the word “one” shall be inserted; and
(ii) for the word “seventeen”, the word “eighteen” shall be substituted.
2. This Notification shall take effect from the 1st July, 2008.
