S.R.O.492(I)/2015.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-
section (1) of section 8B of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to
direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.
S.R.O.647(I)/2007, dated the 27th June, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), against S. No.7, in column (2),
after the word “supplies”, occurring for the first time, the words, figures and commas “and the
supplies charged to reduced rate under Notification No. S.R.O.1125 (I)/2011, dated 31st
December, 2011,” shall be inserted.
2. This notification shall take effect on and from the 1st July, 2015.
