S.R.O. 489(I)/2015.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Federal
Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further
amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.550(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(a) in the Table, in column (1), S. Nos. 2 and 3, and the entries relating thereto in
columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted; and
(b) after the Table, amended as aforesaid, the expression “An airline shall file
return for carriage of goods by air by the day specified in sub-rule (9) of rule
41A of the Federal Excise Rules, 2005.” shall be omitted.
2. This notification shall take effect on and from the 1st July, 2015.
