NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S. R. O. 475 (I)/2002. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S. R. O. 211(I)/2002, dated 6th April, 2002 and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 15th June, 2002, namely:
In the aforesaid Notification, for the figures, brackets, commas and words “416(I)/2001, dated the 18th June, 2001”, the figures, brackets, commas and words “372(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002” shall be substituted.
