Amendments in SRO 208(I)/2002

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS & REVENUE ************** Islamabad, the 5th July, 2002. NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 432(I)/2002. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 208(I)/2002, dated the 5th April, 2002, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 5th April, 2002, namely: - In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,- (a) in S. No. 18 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure and letters “50 mg/ml”, the figures and letters “50 mg/2 ml” shall be substituted; (b) in S. No. 45 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure “200”, the figure “100” shall be substituted; (c) in S. No. 51 in column (1), in column (3), for the figures, words, letters and brackets “300 & 600 mg inj. (as hydrochloride)” the words, letters, figures and brackets “Inj. Clindamycin (as phosphate) 150 mg, Syrup Clindamycin (as palmitate) 75 mg” shall be substituted; (d) in S. No. 61 in column (1), in column (3), for the figures, letter and word “1&3 million” the figures and words “1 lac + 3 lac” shall be substituted; (e) in S. No. 65 in column (1), in column (2), for the word “enthionamide”, the word “ethionamide” shall be substituted; (f) in S. No. 122 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure, letters and word “100,000 iu inj.”, the figures, letters and words “1.5 IU million inj. & 0.75 million IU inj.” shall be substituted; (g) in S. No. 188 in column (1), in column (3), for the word “hydrogen”, the words “methyl ergometrine” shall be substituted; (h) in S. No. 209 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure “0.7” the figure “8.4” shall be substituted; (i) in S. No. 225 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure “10,000” the figure “5,000” shall be substituted; (j) in S. No. 230 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure “30”, the figure “25” shall be substituted; and (k) in S.
