(SALES TAX & FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 443(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section
61 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Federal Excise
Act, 2005, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further
amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 993(I)/2006, dated the 21st
September, 2006, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 3A, for the full stop, at the
end, a colon shall be substituted and thereafter the following proviso shall be added,
namely:-
“Provided that the refund under this paragraph shall be admissible
against exports made on or after the 1st January, 2006.”.
