NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 204(I)/2008.⎯In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1202(I)/2007, dated the 11th December, 2007, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,- (a) in clause (a), for the word and figure “December 2007” , the word and figure “March 2008” shall be substituted; and (b) in clause (b), for the figure and word “31st January”, the figure and word “30th April” shall be substituted.
