GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS & REVENUE ************ Islamabad, the 14TH May, 2005 NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 433(I)/2005.¾ In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, read with serial No.2 of the Fifth Schedule thereof the Federal Government is pleased to direct that one hundred completely built buses model FFIJPSZ and engine and chassis numbers of which are attached as Annexure to this notification manufactured by M/s. Hinopak Motors Ltd., for supply to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan as a donation to Afghanistan, shall be allowed the facility of zero-rating subject to the following conditions, namely:- (a) M/s. Hinopak shall issue a serially numbered invoice indicating description, quantity, make, model and value of buses; (b) documents indicating proof of export shall be forwarded to the concerned collectorate within fifteen days of export by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan; (c) the aforesaid buses will only be used for the aforesaid purpose and will not be sold or otherwise disposed of without prior approval of the Central Board of Revenue and payment of sales tax thereon. 2.
