S.R.O. 37(I)/2008.⎯In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to
sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue
is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1202(I)/2007, dated the 11th
December, 2007, the following amendment shall be made and shall be deemed always
to have been so made, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, for the word “second”, the word
“first” shall be substituted.
