S.R.O. 192(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of
section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to
direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.
S.R.O. 462(I)/2007, dated the 9th June, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, after S. No. 9 in the first column
and the entries relating thereto in the second and third columns, the following
new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“10. Frozen, prepared or preserved 1601.0000
sausages and similar products of
poultry meat or meat offal
11. Meat and similar products of 1602.3200, 1602.3900,
prepared frozen or preserved 1602.5000, 1604.1100,
meat or meat offal of all types 1604.1200, 1604.1300,
including poultry meat and fish. 1604.1400, 1604.1500,
1604.1600, 1604.1900,
1604.2010, 1604.2020,
1604.2090, 1604.3000”.
