(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 364(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of
section 3 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to direct
that the excise duty leviable on the services provided by Cable TV operators shall be
charged at the rate of eight rupees per subscriber per month with immediate effect.
