S.R.O. 126(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the second
proviso to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board
of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its
Notification No. S.R.O. 564(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for the words “twenty-five rupees and fifty
paisas” the words “twenty-four rupees” shall be substituted.
