NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O 36(I)/2003__ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Registration, Voluntary Registration and De-Registration Rules, 1996, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to transfer the Registration of M/s. Riaz Textile Mills (Pvt) Limited, 23 - Km, Sheikhupura - Faisalabad Road, Feroze Wattoan, Distt. Sheikhupura, having Sales Tax Registration No.0701520500955, from the Collectorate of Sales Tax & Central Excise, Rawalpindi to the Collectorate of Sales Tax & Central Excise, Lahore subject to the conditions laid down in Rule 6(2) and 6(3) of the aforesaid Rules. 2. The Collector of Sales Tax & Central Excise, Rawalpindi will ensure that all the relevant record and liabilities relating to M/s. Riaz Textile Mills are transferred to the Collector of Sales Tax & Central Excise, Lahore within a period of one month of issuance of this notification.
