Transfer the Registration of M/s G.M. Tractors (Pvt) Ltd., Karachi

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) CENTRAL BOARD OF REVENUE *** Islamabad, the 4th March, 2003 NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O 247(I)/2003.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Registration, Voluntary Registration and De-Registration Rules, 1996, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to transfer the Registration of M/s. G.M. Tractors (Pvt) Limited, 172-G, (M-2) Main Tariq Road, Block - II, PECHS, Karachi, having Sales Tax Registration No.1100870100273, from the Collectorate of Sales Tax and Central Excise, (West) Karachi to the Collectorate of Sales Tax and Central Excise, (East) Karachi subject to the following conditions, in addition to conditions laid down in Rule 6(2) and 6(3) of the aforesaid Rules:- (i) The registered person will approach, in writing, the Collector in whose jurisdiction his registration has been transferred for obtaining his fresh registration, within a period one month from the date of issuance of this notification; (ii) The registered person has paid all the outstanding arrears and liabilities and a certificates of No outstanding liabilities is issued by the Collector of Sales Tax and Central Excise (West) Karachi. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ [C.No.1/53-STB/2002] ( Dr.Fareed Iqbal Qureshi ) Secretary (Sales Tax Budget)
