(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 356(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-
section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased
to direct that in its Notification S.R.O. 839(I)/98, dated the 23rd July, 1998, the following
amendment shall be made, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in clause (d), the words “at a price agreed with the
Federal Government” shall be omitted.
