NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 464(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of
sub-sections (1) of section 8 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification
S.R.O. 490(I)/2004, dated 12th June, 2004, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, after clause (c), the following new clause
shall be inserted, namely:-
(a) in clause (b), the word “and” shall be omitted;
(b) in clause (c), for the full stop, the semicolon and the word “and”
shall be substituted; and
(c) after clause (c) amended as aforesaid, the following new clause
shall be inserted, namely:-
“(d) supply of electricity and gas to residential colonies of
registered persons.”
