Zero Rating of Salestax Electriciy and Gas Bill

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS STATISTICS & REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) Islamabad, the 28th April, 2007 NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O.351(I)/2007.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.530(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,- (a) against Sr. No.175 in column (1), in column (4), after the figure “21212503924006U” the figure “24212500008602U” shall be added; and (b) after serial number 186 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- “187 Ayesha Spinning Ind. 0904550100755 24213900134003U 188 Sattar Fabrics Industry 0902551100182 24243400118008U 189 Zeenat Printing & Dyeing Mills 0904511101764 24212500008906U”.
