Zero Rating of Salestax Electriciy and Gas Bill

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS STATISTICS & REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) Islamabad, the 28th April, 2007 NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O.347(I)/2007.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.526(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table-, (a) against Sr. No.449 in column (1), in column (4), after the words and figure “E/C-126” the figure “2806467420390” shall be added; (b) against Sr. No.561 in column (1), in column (3), for the figure “0102511100446” the figure “0201511100446” shall be substituted; (c) against Sr. No.726 in column (1), in column (4), after the figure “2900455651482” the figures “2900465651553” and “2710866310054” shall be added; and (d) after serial number 733 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- “734 Abdullah Weaving Factory 0208520801328 2705667334730 735 A.G.
