(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 338(I)/2002.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to section 45 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the cases relating to the Large Taxpayers Unit as specified in its Notification No. S.R.O. 350(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002, falling under sub-section (2) of section 11 and section 36 thereof shall be adjudicated by an officer of Sales Tax not below the rank of Collector.
