GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS & REVENUE CENTRAL BOARD OF REVENUE ******** Islamabad, the 22nd May, 2004 NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 323(I)/2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 6 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 952(I)/98, dated the 5th September, 1998, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in column 3, under the heading Sales Tax House Karachi, in column 1, after S.No.70 and corresponding entries relating thereto in columns 2 and 3, the following new serial number shall be added, namely:- “71.
