Amendments S.R.O. 380(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN REVENUE DIVISION CENTRAL BOARD OF REVENUE (SALES TAX WING) *** Islamabad, the 12th June, 2004. NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 479(I)/2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), section 30 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and sub-section (8) of section 2 of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944) read with rule 4 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 380(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against S. No. 5 in column (1), in column (3),- (a) in entry (ii), the words and comma “Central Excise,” shall be omitted; and (b) in entry (iii), for the comma, occurring after the word “Tax,” the words and comma “and Central Excise,” shall be inserted.
