NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 283(I)/2010.─ In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and
30E of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that
the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.
56(I)/2010, dated the 2nd February, 2010, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, -
(a) against the serial No. 1, in column (1), in column (4), after the
comma, occurring for the sixth time, the figure and comma “38,”
shall be inserted;
(b) against the serial No. 2, in column (1), in column (4), after the
comma, occurring for the fifth time, the figure and comma “38,”
shall be inserted; and
(c) against the serial No. 3, in column (1), in column (4), after the
comma, occurring for the fifth time, the figure and comma “38,”
shall be inserted;
