Amendment in SRO 1071(I)/2003 dated 25.11.2003, regarding values of Phosphatic Fertilizers

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS & REVENUE ***** Islamabad, the 10th January, 2004 NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 17(I)/2004.--- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1071(I)/2003, dated the 25th November, 2003, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in column (1),--- (a) in S. No.2, in column (3) the existing entry shall be re-numbered as entry “(i)” of that column and thereafter the following new entry in columns (3) and (4) shall be inserted, namely:- “(ii) N (12) P(52) K (0) 9278”; and (b) in S.No.7, in column (3), after entry (ii) and corresponding entry relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely:- “(iii) N (22) P (16) K(6) 7076”. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ [C.No. 1(57)STT/97] ( Shahid Ahmad ) Additional Secretary
