(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 1232(I)/90.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Sales Tax (Amendment) Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that a registered person exporting cigarettes from Pakistan by land route or to Afghanistan, Iran or China shall not be allowed to reclaim input tax paid on cigarettes so exported.
