S.R.O. 1100(I)/90.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Sales Tax (Amendment) Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to appoint the first day of November, 1990, to be the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
