(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. (I)/2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section
(2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the
following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 751(1)72020, dated the 20th
August, 2020, namely
In the aforesaid Notification-
(a) after the expression “4th August, 2020”, the expression “and in Case No. 738/Rule-
19/2020, dated the 2nd October, 2020” shall be inserted; and
(b) after the word “Pakistan”, the words “and its local supply thereof” shall be inserted.
