S.R.o. ,r'r,rorr.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 227 2001),sub-section (l) of section 237 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, (XLIX of sections 72C and72D of the Sales TaxAct, 1990 and sections 42C and 42D ofthe Federal Excise Act, 2005 and sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Islamabad Capital Territory (Tax on Services) Ordinance,200l (XLII of200l) the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in the Inland Revenue Reward Rules, 2021, which have been previously published vide Notification No. S'R.O. 580(l)12025, saiddated the 9th April, 2025, as required by sub-section (3) of section 237 of the Ordinance, namely:- In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 2, - (a) In clause (ii), in sub-ctause (c) for the full stop, at the end, the semi colon and word ";and" shall be substituted and thereafter the following new clause shall be added, namely: - "(d) Monetary Reward under FBR Transformation Plan,2024l'; and (b) after clause (viii), the following new clause (ix) shall be added, namely:- be "(ix) Monetary Reward under FBR Transformation Plan, 2024 shall sanctioned to the Cadre Officers oflnland Revenue Services (BS-17 and above) as per their ranking under the performance management regime as approved in the FBR Transform ation Plan. 2024." .
