NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 455 (I)/2026.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2)
of section 53 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made
in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1216(I)/2025 dated 8th July, 2025, namely:
In the aforesaid Notification, in condition (iii), for the expression “30th day of
November, 2025”, the expression “28"' day of February, 2026” shall be substituted.
