Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Second Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001

NOTIFICATION (INCOME TAX) S.R.O.272 (I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, namely:- In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part IV, in clause (56), after sub-clause (xvii), the following new sub-clause shall be added, namely:- “(xviii) goods specified in column (2) of the Table below, falling under the PCT heading number mentioned in column (3) of the said Table, namely:- TABLE S.No . | Description of goods. | PCT heading number.
