NOTIFICATION
(INCOME TAX)
S.R.O.1037(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, namely:-
In the aforesaid Schedule,-
(a) In Part II, clause (13F) shall be omitted
(b) In Part IV, in clause (56), in sub-clause (xiv), for the full stop at the end, a semi colon and the word “and” shall be substituted and thereafter the following new sub-clause shall be added, namely:-
“(xv) tents , tarpaulin and blankets”.
