Notification S.R. o.05 (1)/2022.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6A -- of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), 2010 (VII of 2010), the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is pleased to make the following amendments in the DNFBPs (Regulatory Powers and Functions) Regulations, 2020, namely: - In the aforesaid Regulations,- (1) in regulation 2,- (a) in sub-regulation (1), in clause (f),- (i) the expression, "Inland Revenue Audit Officers, Inland Revenue Officers, Superintendents and Deputy Superintendents Inland Revenue, Senior Auditors Inland Revenue," shall be omitted; and (ii) after the words "Inspectors Inland Revenue", the expression "ICustoms" shall be inserted; (b) in sub-regulation (2),- (i) the expression " and Inland Revenue Audit Officers, Inland Revenue Officers, Superintendents and Deputy Superintendents Inland Revenue, Senior Auditors Inland Revenue" shall be omitted; and (ii) after the words "Inspectors Inland Revenue", the expression "ICustoms" shall be inserted; and (c) in sub-regulation (3),- (i) the expression " and Inland Revenue Audit Officers, Inland Revenue Officers, Superintendents and Deputy

Superintendents Inland Revenue, Senior Auditors Inland Revenue" shall be omitted; and (ii) after the words "Inspectors Inland Revenue", the expression "ICustoms" shall be inserted; and (2) in regulation 3, for the TABLE, the following TABLE shall be substituted, namely:- "TABLE s.
