S.R.O.81(I)/2009.--- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 16 of
the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following
amendment shall be made in its Notification No.949(I)/2006, dated the 6th September, 2006,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, after the word “adhesives”, the words “and
solvent based contact adhesives” shall be inserted.
