S.R.O. 671(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 12 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to fix the minimum price of lubricating oil in packs (PCT headings 2710.1951 and 2710.1952) at US$ 2 per litre for the purpose of assessment of excise duty at import stage.
