NOTIFICATION
(Federal Excise)
S.R.O. 652 (I)/2005.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005 and in supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O. 552(I)/89 dated 3rd June, 1989, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to allow the gas producing companies to pay federal excise duty due on natural gas, sold during the month, by the end of the following month, subject to the condition that the accounts of production and sales in the proper form are maintained.
2. This notification shall take effect from the 1st day of July, 2005.
