(Central Excise)
S.R.O.666(I)/2001.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.454(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),--
(1) after heading number 2710.0082 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new heading number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-
“2710.0092 Mineral greases Fifty per cent
ad val.”; and
(2) after heading number 8507.0000 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new heading number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“Respective Telephone cables Ten per cent
sub-heading ad val.”.
