S.R.O.480(I)/2000.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No.S.R.O.456(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996, the following further amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 1st July, 2000, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), heading numbers 9801.0000, 9801.1010, 9801.1020, 9801.1030, 9801.2000, 9801.4000, 9801.6000, 9801.6010, 9801.7000, 9801.7010, 9802.0000, 9802.1000, 9802.2000, 9805.2000, 9805.4000, 9805.8000, 9808.0000, 9810.0000 and 9811.0000 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
