(FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 472(I)/2007.--In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (12) of
section 2 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005 read with clause (a) of sub-section (2)
of section 29 thereof, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that
following amendment shall be made in its notification No. S.R.O. 654(I)/2005
dated 1st July, 2005, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for the words and brackets “(Customs and
Excise)”, the hyphen and words “- Central Board of Revenue” shall be
substituted.
