NOTIFICATION
(FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 265(I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of
section 16 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to direct
that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 163(I)/2010, dated the 10th March, 2010, the following
amendments shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(a) in the preamble,-
(i) the words “or services rendered” shall be omitted; and
(ii) the words, comma and figures “to the 30th June, 2010” shall be
omitted; and
(b) in the Table,-
(i) against S. No. 1 in column (1), in column (2), after the word
“Kohat”, the comma and word “, Peshawar” shall be inserted; and
(ii) against S. No. 2 in column (1), in column (2), for the word
“Peshawar”, the word “ Nowshera” shall be substituted.
