S.R.O. (I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that
the following further amendments shall be made in the Customs Rules, 2001, namely:-
In the aforesaid Rules, in chapter XXII, for para 2 ibid, after Appendix II the
following shall be substituted, namely:-
2. the rules bearing numbers 557 to 569 shall take effect from 1st
January,2008.
