Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Customs Rules, 2001

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) Islamabad, the 1st September, 2007 NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.889(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Customs Rules, 2001, namely: - In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 226, for sub-rule (10), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(10)(a) Import of vehicles shall be allowed without payment of customs-duty and other taxes as per the entitlements given in the table below, namely:- TABLE S. No. Quantum of investment in EPZ Vehicles allowed (1) (2) (3) 1.
