Notification regarding Skardu Airport, section 9 & 10 of Customs Act, 1969

NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 9cC(0/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to approve proper places, in the Skardu Airport, measuring 2138 kanals and 16 marlas as per the Master Plan of Skardu Airport provided by the Civil Aviation Authority, specified in column (2) of the Table below for loading and unloading of only such goods or classes of goods as specified in column (4) of the said Table for the purposes of the said Act, and to specify the following to be the limits thereof, namely:- S.No. Places Measuring Class of goods (1) (2) (3) (4) 1.
