Notification under PSW Act, 2021

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) ***** , v Islamabad, the le June, 2021. NOTIFICATION S.R.O. 7/S- (1)/2021.- (1) In exercise of the powers conferred under section 20 of the Pakistan Single Window Act, 2021 (Act III of 2021) hereinafter referred to as the Act, the Federal Government is pleased to delegate all its powers to the Governing Council of the Pakistan Single Window except powers to make rules and replacement of the Lead Agency. Any notifications, orders, directives or regulations etc., issued by the Governing Council under such delegated powers shall be laid before the Federal Cabinet within one hundred and twenty days of issuance of such notifications, orders, directives or regulations etc., as the case may be. The Governing Council with prior approval of its Chairperson, may through its Secretary, place any matter before the Federal Government for making decisions regarding implementation of the Act. Notwithstanding the above, the Federal Government may exercise any of its powers, at any time, as it may deem appropriate, under the provisions of the Act. [C.No.4 (1) S/2020(PSW)] (S. M.
