Temp SRO. No. 9378(I)/2001
S.R.O. (I)/2001:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the
Customs Act,1969 (IXX of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the
following amendments shall be made in Deferment of Imports Duty (On News Print) Rules,2001
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Annex-II after S.No 2B in column 1 and the entries
relating there to in columns (2), (3) and (4). The following new S.No. and entries relating there to
shall be added, namely:-
“22. Ausaf M/s Mehtab Publications (Pvt.) Ltd.…”
