S.R.O.888(I)/92.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of the section 10 of the Finance Act,1991 (XII of 1991), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in this Ministry’s Notification No.S.R.O.822(I)/91, dated the 20th August,1991, namely :-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the table, after serial number 5, the following new serial number and the entry relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“7. Goods imported and stored in diplomatic bonded warehouses for sale to diplomatic personnel and privileged persons free of customs duties and taxes.”.
