NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.84(I)/96.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act,1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in this Ministry’s Notification No. S.R.O.71(I)/95, dated the 19th January,1995, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in paras (a) and (b) for the figures, words and letters “30th June,1996 “ the figures, words and letter “31st January,1996” shall be substituted.
This amendment shall however not apply to projects for which Letters of Credit have been opened upto 31st January,1996, and imports for these projects will be entitled to all the concessions of S.R.O.71(I)/95, dated the 19th January,1995.
This Notification shall be effect from 1st February,1996.
